Our Story
Israel's journey into the realm of self-defense began with six intense years immersed in the discipline and philosophy of martial arts. But as the world around him evolved, so did the threats it posed. He recognized a glaring disparity: the elegance of traditional martial arts versus the weapon-focused brutality of the modern age. It became evident that, for true preparedness, a bridge was essential.
This realization led Israel to Al Giscombe, a seasoned trainer with invaluable insights. After an enlightening 6 months under Al's mentorship, Israel's beliefs were reaffirmed: there was a dire need for education on lethal force encounters in today's society. But this wasn’t just Israel's epiphany. Al, drawing from his experiences as a police officer, had seen firsthand the unnerving rise in active shooter situations. He too felt a pressing duty to educate as many people as possible about these imminent threats.
Together, Israel and Al formed a vision: to combine their knowledge, experience, and passion to create a comprehensive training program. Their shared mission? To equip individuals with the skills, mindset, and confidence to navigate a weapon-centric world safely.
